Hello, my name is Andrea. First, I would like to say I'm just starting out in this business, if you need your house, weekend rental, office, or apartments cleaned i am the person for you! I have a close friend who will be helping me in late October after she has her baby. Prices will not change after she starts, as we will work as a team. She has experience with cleaning houses on the peninsula. I have previous work experience in house keeping. I was employed by the Park Place Hotel and the Bayshore Resort, both in Traverse City, MI. I have also cleaned and prepped finished condos for Manitou Construction. I have many cleaning supplies of my own that I can use, or if you prefer I can use yours. I am very thorough in cleaning windows, toilets, showers, mopping, and pretty much everything. I am available 7 days a week, so I have a very open availability. I charge around $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on the extent of cleaning necessary or if you would like a flat rate charge please call and I will give you a bid. The price I charge is pretty fair considering the companies around here, charge between $70.00 and $125.00 per hour. We are trying to make this a full time job for the both of us, so we would love to build a client list that will need our services repeatedly. If this sounds like something you would need on a regular basis or just a one time thing. Please e-mail me back if there are any further questions. For cost inquiries, just let me know the "size" of the house ( beds, baths) and the time frame that you're willing to allow me to complete it, price can be negotiated. I"ll send you an estimate and we'll go from there. Will travel up to a 50 mile radius from Traverse City, MI. I am willing to travel more then 50 miles up to 100 miles with additional costs.
